     Symptoms     : Inhibits a hot reboot.

     Discovered   : 16 april 1992
     
     Way to infect: Isn't contagious. Installs a counter in memory

     Rating       : Harmless ( if apart from a political stage )

     Kickstarts   : Not elucidated

     Damage       : None at all

     Manifestation: A SS-sign appears surrounded by swastikas.

     Removal      : Kickstart 1.2 & 1.3 : VT-Schutz v3.17
                    Kickstart all others: VirusZ III v1.04ß or higher, and also Xvs.library v33.47 or higher
     
     Visible text : HEIL (Many palces in the bootblock)     

     Comments     : The  Heil virus installs a counter in memory.  When the
                    counter  is  installed  reach  0 from 0x0500, a graphic
                    routine  enables  and the background turns black, texts
                    texts  and graphics white. A SS-sign appears surrounded
                    by swastikas.
