     Symptoms     : Located in the root directory with an invisible filename ($A0A0).
                    Forged vectors: Cool, DoIo, $6c, open, Lock, Loadseg
                    Openwindow
                    The startup sequence is ALWAYS 3008 bytes long.
                    
                    Problems caused by this:
                    - There was not enough space on the disk => Trouble
                    - The original startup was longer. The rest is simply truncated.
                    - The original startup was shorter. The rest is padded.
                    e.g., with zeros, see above.

                    Some editors cannot handle such a file.
                    Copy the file to RAM. Protect flags will change.
                    Delete the file on disk. (Do not overwrite!!)
                    Delete the first line ($A0A0,0a,0a). Copy
                    the file from RAM to DF0.
