                    LoadWB-CLI-Command (From WB1.2).  The file is crypted,
                    so you can`t read any texts. But decoded you can read:

                    "CENTURIONS STRIKES BACK: THE SMILY CANCER II"

                    Of  course  this isn`t any Smily Cancer Version 2, but
                    the installer of Smily Cancer I
